I detect a little chicken in my house.. today we were playing out in the sun before nap time .. soaking up the rays in our teeny weeny bikinis.. and there it was.. in the middle of the afternoon.. it crept up to scare my little baby Oli-bear.. I heard a cry.. than a scream.. than a mini fit.. I slugged my way out of my incredibly comfortable beach chair to see what all the commotion was about.. and there it was.. her own shadow!! I know.. its to scary to even write about.. and there was no way she was getting around it.. seeing how it was glued to her side.. she threw up her hands waiting for her mama to come save her..
my child is afraid of her own shadow!!
